SLIDING CUTTERHEAD TRAY
The bottom cutterhead tray slides out easily for fast and convenient knife replacement and maintenance.
 
SPIKE CONVEYOR
The spiked feeding conveyor provides constant smooth feed even for irregular shaped timber.
The spikes float up to 3/4" to match the workpiece surface.

 

DIGITAL CONTROLLER
Machine settings are located on a centralized control panel, which features a digital controller for cutterhead elevation. The controller works in conjunction with a ballscrew/encoder system, ensuring positioning accuracy to within ±0.001".
 
CHROMED CAST IRON TABLE
The rugged cast iron table is heat treated, precision ground, chromed and polished. It allows for an ultra-smooth workpiece flow, upgrading the efficiency and accuracy of planing operations.

 

POWERFUL FEED
The powered outfeed rollers and conveyor belt are driven by a heavy-duty chain transmission system.
